Gloria Martin-Roberts has been a Harrisburg City resident for over fifty-one years. She holds a Master of Human Services degree from Lincoln University and is a 1967 graduate of John Harris High School.
She took her Oath of Office in January of 2004, as a first term Harrisburg City Councilwoman. Mrs. Martin-Roberts was re-elected to her second term on City Council in November 2007. She has served as Chair of Building and Housing and Parks and Recreation, and as a member of the Economic Development, Budget and Finance and Public Works Committees. As of January 2008, Mrs. Martin-Roberts is the Chair of Public Safety and sits as a member on the Public Works and Parks and Recreation Committees.

Susan Wilson was born and raised in Harrisburg, PA. She is a life long resident of Harrisburg; with a successful professional career of 28 years with (IBM) International Business Machines; she currently serves as a Logistics Program manager.
She is a 1975 graduate of Harrisburg High School and in 1979 earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from East Stroudsburg University. Susan also, has various other IBM corporate management professional classes to her credit.

Brad Koplinski - Council Member |

Brad Koplinski was elected to Harrisburg City Council in November 2007. He came to Harrisburg in the Summer of 2004, to run the Kerry-Edwards presidential campaign for the Central Pennsylvania region. In his work with that effort, he fell in love with Harrisburg and its people, and made a commitment to remain in his adopted home.
After growing up in Kankakee, Illinois, Brad attended the University of Illinois at Chicago. After graduating from the New England School of Law in 1995, Brad worked in Washington, DC at the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and for the Office of Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service.

Wanda R.D. Williams is a lifelong resident of Harrisburg and graduate of William Penn Sr. High. She continued her education at H.A.C.C., majoring in Political Science. She has been a public servant with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for 30 years, and is currently in the Tort Litigation Division of the Department of General Services.

A graduate of Boston College with a Bachelors degree in Journalism, Patty Kim is most familiar to city residents as a former news reporter and anchor for WHP CBS-21, after a decade of previous broadcasting experience with news stations in Maryland and Washington D.C. She also studied nursing for three years at the Boston College Connell School of Nursing. An innate sensitivity and compassion for those she covered, and particularly victims of crimes and tragedy, especially children, marked her broadcasting career.
